1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • You must provide photo or video proof if the item is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Reasons for Return

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Leaked Product: If your perfume arrives broken, leaked, or defective.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive a different brand, fragrance, or size than ordered.

  • Authenticity Concerns: In rare cases, if you suspect authenticity issues, our team will investigate thoroughly.

⚠️ Please note: Perfumes that have been opened, tested, or sprayed cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or Used Perfumes

  • Gift Sets that have been opened

  • Products bought during promotions or discounts (unless damaged on delivery)

  • Tester bottles

4. Return Process

  1. Submit a Request

    • Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions

    • Our team will review your request.

    • If approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Return Shipment

    • You will be asked to send the product back in secure packaging.

    • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is on our side.

  4. Inspection & Refund

    • Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Control team will inspect it.

    • Refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Refund Method

Refunds can be issued in the following ways:

  • Bank Transfer (Local Banks)

  • Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.)

  • Store Credit / Voucher (for future purchases)

⚠️ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallets, since COD cannot be reversed.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product if damaged or defective.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another fragrance of equal value or request a refund.

7. Time Frame for Returns & Refunds

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 working days.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the product.

8. Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to damage, wrong item, or fault from Tawfaah, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

  • Always record a video while unboxing your order to avoid disputes.

  • Perfumes are fragile items; please handle returns with care to avoid damage.

  • Tawfaah reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
